Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Most products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times
Definition of Delivery Estimates:
Dates displayed on product pages are estimates based on typical transit times. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Maximum Contractual Delivery Period:
By placing an order, you agree that the merchant has up to [35] days to fulfill the order. A breach of contract (entitling the customer to a full refund) only occurs if the item is not delivered within this 35-day window. Delays beyond the 'Estimated' date but within the '35-day' window do not constitute a breach.
Shipping Origins
Shipping origin may vary depending on the item. We aim to list the expected shipping location on each product page when possible.
In general, items may ship from one of the following regions:

We work with multiple fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery available based on your location and the specific item ordered.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, public holidays, or courier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sabrculture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
